Terms of service
These terms are written to be read. By using Internal Linking Tool you agree to them.
The free check
The single-URL check is free, needs no signup, and has a limit of 10 checks per day per IP address. A check that is refused by the limit is not charged against anything and does not count as a crawl.
Verification, and what you may crawl
A site is crawled only after you prove you control it, by meta tag, by a file at the address we give you, or by a DNS record. Before that the only request we make to the host is the verification check itself. We re-check the verification before every crawl, and we refuse the crawl if it is no longer there.
Only crawl sites you own or administer.
Do not use the service to attack, overload, or probe sites or networks. We block requests to private network addresses, and we may suspend an account that abuses the service or the API.
Paid plans
Paid plans are billed monthly at the price shown on the pricing page. The trial lasts 7 days and needs no card. You can cancel anytime from your account, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Plan limits are enforced before a crawl starts, so a crawl is never cut off in the middle because of a plan cap: if the site is larger than your plan allows, the crawl takes the pages it can and says so.
What the results mean
The reports state what the tool measured in the static HTML a page serves. The tool does not run a browser, so anything a page builds with client-side JavaScript is not part of the measurement. The link suggestions are candidates for you to review, with the anchor text and the source sentence shown. Nothing is inserted into your site, and the tool cannot promise a ranking or a particular search result.
Retention
Crawl data is deleted automatically on the schedule described on the privacy page. Export anything you want to keep.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as it is. We work to keep it running, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
